Notice on Adjusting the Prevention and Control Measures of Social Epidemic (No.12)

The epidemic risk of Han Shu Community, Ximianqiao Community, Hong Men Street Community, Telecom Road Community and Jiuru Village Community in Gangxi Street, Wuhou District has been lifted, and the whole area has been transferred to normal epidemic prevention and control. In order to consolidate the hard-won achievements in epidemic prevention and control, according to the requirements of the novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition), the measures for adjusting social epidemic prevention and control are hereby notified as follows.

First, strict implementation, the competent departments of various industries should implement the competent responsibilities, all units should implement the main responsibilities, and individuals and families should consciously fulfill their prevention and control obligations. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, communities, traffic stations, farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and other places and institutions in the whole region should strengthen internal prevention and control, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature detection, code scanning, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, strictly check negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, and strictly implement the health monitoring and daily newspaper system.

Second, under the premise of strictly implementing various measures for epidemic prevention and control, fully open public sports venues such as museums, cultural centers, libraries, art galleries and indoor gymnasiums; Open bars, KTV, secret room escape, script killing, theaters, Internet cafes, gyms, chess rooms, bathing places and other closed entertainment places in an orderly manner. Before resuming business, site disinfection, preparation of epidemic prevention materials and training of epidemic prevention knowledge must be completed, and employees must hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 24 hours before taking up their posts. Strictly check the body temperature, health code and negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours of entry.

Third, on the basis of strict implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures, we will hold various conferences, exhibitions, forums and other activities in an orderly manner, open all kinds of off-campus training institutions, primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, religious sites, nursing homes and welfare institutions in an orderly manner, and strictly check the temperature, health code and negative nucleic acid certificates of service guarantee personnel and entry personnel of the host (management) unit.

Four, logistics parks, freight parking lots, large wholesale markets and other areas where truck drivers and passengers are concentrated, set up normalized nucleic acid sampling points, provide free nucleic acid testing for drivers and passengers, adhere to compulsory testing and daily inspection in the park, and strictly check negative nucleic acid certificates within 24 hours.

5. Persons with symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, abnormal taste and smell should do personal protection and go to the nearest fever clinic immediately; All medical institutions strictly manage fever clinics, all kinds of clinics are forbidden to accept fever patients, and retail pharmacies strictly implement management measures; Clinics and pharmacies actively guide fever patients to the nearest fever clinic.

6. It is advocated not to go to high-risk areas unless necessary. If citizens need to leave Chengdu, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. The personnel who come to (return to) Rong actively cooperate to do a good job. People who have lived in high-risk areas and epidemic-related cities in the past 7 days, as well as those who overlap with the case trajectory, must report to their communities and units at the first time, and stay in hotels to cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures.

Seven, adhere to do a good job of protection, in crowded indoor places, take public transport, crowded outdoor places to wear masks scientifically and standardize, keep a social distance, do not gather or get together during epidemic prevention, pay attention to personal hygiene, wash your hands frequently and ventilate more; Actively vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine to build an epidemic prevention barrier for the whole society.

This notice will come into force on August 8, 2022 17, and will be dynamically adjusted according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control. If there is any inconsistency with the requirements of the superior during the implementation of this notice, the requirements of the superior shall prevail.
