Heilongjiang Parent-child Fitness Carnival Counseling Award was promoted to honorary category. The Heilongjiang Parent-child Fitness Carnival was co-sponsored by the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Heilongjiang Provincial Working Committee of the Young Pioneers and the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau. The promotion of the Counseling Award was also commended as a reward. Therefore, Heilongjiang Parent-child Fitness Carnival Counseling Award was promoted to honorary category.
