Let's talk about visible data first. When I entered the camp, I weighed 48.9kg, and when I finished the camp, I lost 2.9kg and my arm circumference decreased by 2.5cm. As our beauty assistant Jin Jun Wukong said, my fat loss really entered a bottleneck period and has not changed for a long time, and the training camp helped me solve this problem perfectly. I am super happy ~ ~

Secondly, diet, because of personal education, the coach gave me a recipe, and I did it as required, but I felt too single and didn't fully understand it myself. Only after I entered the camp did I really understand what a reasonable match is. The ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat is 5:3:2 every day. Carbohydrate is basically our staple food, such as whole wheat bread, sweet potato, corn, cereal and brown rice. You should also choose to eat some high-quality fats instead of not eating them at all, such as olive oil and nuts. The most important thing is to eat three meals. Don't eat fruit as a meal after training. Eat more green leafy vegetables. According to the coach's recipe, I was always hungry in the afternoon, so I added fruit one after another and didn't eat at night, even if I starved to death after training. The intake ratio is extremely unbalanced. I eat seven points and practice three points, but I am just the opposite, so the effect is greatly reduced ~ ~

Finally, exercise. Since I got a fitness card in February and signed up for private education, as long as there is nothing special, I basically go to the gym every day, combining aerobic and anaerobic, especially like the carefree after sweating. Just like being baptized, the effect of reducing fat is really good. I always thought that the more exercise, the better. I didn't know it was the opposite. I used to exercise too much for a while, and I was always sleepy during the day. I recovered after a week's rest.

In order to lose weight, I used to diet blindly, not eating staple food or meat, and basically only eating bread, yogurt and fruit. Eating high-calorie food will make me feel guilty. After reading the descriptions of many partners in Zhihu, I was surprised that I seemed to push myself too hard like them. Fortunately, I haven't had a strong adverse effect. But now, I really learned to combine reasonable diet with exercise, and learned to love instead of gluttony, which is too much ~
