At first, I was very excited and had enough physical strength, so I could ride a bike easily and make jokes. Seeing the scenery, the sky and the clouds all the way, I feel energetic and can ride 180 kilometers.
But as the journey gets longer and longer, I sweat more and more, and my legs are getting sore. When I stopped by the roadside to have a rest, I quickly took a few sips of water. Holding back the pain, I climbed down from the bike and felt that my leg was not my own, and I kept shaking. Sweating like rain, both sides are soaked. Looking at the distance from the destination ahead, I suddenly lost the courage to continue riding. The thought of riding so hard and painful in the second half makes me want to stay where I am and never move again.
However, the compulsion of riding is reflected here. How to get out, how to get back. We can't give up halfway when we are tired, just like doing treadmill exercise. Therefore, I can't bear to part with it, so I can only continue to ride back with pain. Slowly, I suddenly found that it seems that the more I ride, the easier it is. I don't know if it's an illusion, my legs are not so sore, and I even feel relaxed and have a completely stretched comfort. A cool breeze blew and we arrived at our destination in a blink of an eye.
It turns out that fitness can really exercise our perseverance. In particular, a fitness program like cycling, which has no room for regret, can only force yourself to stick to it. Think about how many things we usually give up halfway and have a three-minute fever. Often we think well at first and expect a lot, but once we encounter setbacks, we will give up quickly, but at the same time we lose the opportunity to see the beautiful scenery at the end.
Keep exercising for at least half an hour every day and at least 3-4 days every week. Over time, you will find that not only your physical condition has improved, but your face has become beautiful, and even your perseverance has been exercised. If we can persist in one thing again and again, we will succeed in it.
Perseverance is essential in the pursuit of success, and fitness exercise is the simplest and least simple way to exercise perseverance. If you walk on the road of fitness for a long time, you will find that you will have the same perseverance in doing anything else.
So, which sports are the most helpful to exercise perseverance? Try cycling, jogging on the highway or in the park, etc. These sports that seem to leave no room for themselves are the most persevering. Once you finish the whole course, a sense of accomplishment will keep you going to the next exercise. Over time, habits form and perseverance develops.
