If you haven't chosen a coach, you can tell the other person that you have been particularly nervous and stressed at work or study recently. You may work overtime, go on a business trip or catch up with classes at any time, which is not suitable for regular classes in the system. You just come to activities occasionally, and then you have to take a shower and run away, in order to listen to different answers every time.

Pay attention to private teaching in physical education class;

After you look after several coaches, you can start more activities in various equipment areas. While practicing, start to observe the coaches who are within the minimum range you choose. They may talk to you, or correct one or two of your actions, and then start chatting or something, just to drag you to class.
