Zhejiang Ocean University, located in Zhoushan Archipelago New District, Zhejiang Province, is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. It is a key construction university in Zhejiang Province, a demonstration and entrepreneurship college for ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province, an advanced unit in the research and practice of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities nationwide, a typical experience university in deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, and a university that implements the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students nationwide. Among them, the rich and high-quality "marine and aquatic products database" is the museum's characteristic database.
