Project site selection and land use

The main stadium project of Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center and the Yongzhong Campus project of Wenzhou Sports School are located in the south of the administrative center of Longwan District, east to Gaoxin Avenue, south to Chengbei Road, west to Huanshan East Road and north to Yongding Road. The location of the project is 4km away from Wenzhou City14, Longwan Administrative Center1.4, and 4 km away from Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport. It is adjacent to Yongzhong Street in Longwan in the east, Yongchangbao, a provincial cultural relics protection unit in the southeast, and Wenzhou Ecological Park in the west, with obvious geographical and transportation advantages. The construction land area of this project is about 956.87 mu. Among them, the main stadium of the Olympic Sports Center is about 420.64 mu, the Yongzhong Campus of Wenzhou Sports School is about 386. 17 mu, and the commercial land is about 150.06 mu. The total investment is about 3 billion yuan.

Construction content

The main stadium project of the Olympic Sports Center has a total land area of 420.64 mu (including phase I 127.24 mu and phase II/293.4 mu) and a total construction area of 19 15000㎡, including 126600㎡ above ground and 64900㎡ underground. Yongzhong Campus of Sports School covers an area of 386.17mu, with a total construction area of172427m2, including playground, library, auditorium, teaching building, administration building and dormitory building.

The Olympic Sports Section and the platform of S 1 Line cover an area of 150.06 mu, and it is planned to transfer it to balance the construction funds of S 1 Line.
