Look at your weight change.

If each group has the same weight, the rest time between two movements is the same as the rest time between groups (you said 1 min).

If the weight of each group increases (the first group is lighter and the last group is heavier), the first group of the next action will be easier. It is recommended to take almost no rest and immediately jump into the first group of the next action.

If the weight is decreasing (the first group is heavier), it means that you are challenging the exhaustion limit of each group, so it is best to have a full rest between the two movements, about 3 minutes.
