2. Some members, such as Liang Xuan, set out from the club office at 2: 30 (No.27, Branch 3, Sanjin Village Center, Jinqing Town) and were responsible for carrying the national flag, kites, spools and other items.

3. After the members arrive at Jinqing Square, they should find the corresponding positions, especially the coaches who fly large kites should pay attention to their respective spacing, so as to be compact and not fight.

4. Kite flying includes club image kites, club logo kites, Olympic Fuwa kites, golden carp, soft octopus, octopus, mermaid, puffer fish, model kites, homemade long strings, satun long strings, stunt kites and some ordinary kites.

5. Do a good job in "one-on-one" flying teaching, and implement the member coach responsibility system for all large kites in the activity to ensure the safety of flying and avoid various losses.

6. All flight personnel shall obey the guidance of the member coaches and shall not fly at will. The length of the line should be controlled within 100 meters, and it should not be released outside the square as far as possible. If they want to fly higher and farther, they should get the consent of the club chairman and fly with the help of two member coaches. Otherwise, the flight crew is responsible for compensation.

7. Members should ask for leave from the club chairman if they have something to do during the activity. Do not leave the square without permission, and do not go home early without permission. Please consciously abide by the relevant disciplines to ensure the success of the event.

When you arrive at 5: 00, you should immediately start to take back the kites, sort them out and return them to Liang Xuan and other kite keepers. All members arrange their own means of transportation and routes home, and pay attention to traffic safety.
