Physical picture, taken by myself.
How to use:
First, separate your feet, hold the handle left (right), hold your chest and abdomen, and do telescopic movements. Continue to move several times until the arm is numb.
Second, the first handle of the chest expander is tightly attached to the clavicle in the chest, and the left (right) hand holds the other handle tightly, chest out and abdomen in, and the left (right) hand retracts from the outside to the inside, and then opens and restores after a pause.
Third, the upper body sits up straight, legs are flat, hands support the waist, and the two handles of the chest expander are close to the inner thighs, then slowly compress the legs inward, and then resume opening after a pause.
After exercise. It is normal to feel the pain of arm muscles, flexors and thigh muscles in a short time, but after a long time, exercise benefits from gradual adaptation.
