School dormitories are more convenient and quick. After you check in, you don't have to worry about paying the bill. There is a special person to manage and clean (public space only, your dormitory should be cleaned by yourself). It's safer and less likely to be stolen.
Student apartments rely on different brands. General apartment rent includes water, electricity, internet fees, and personal property insurance. There are 24*7-hour monitoring and security access control system in the building, which are the conditions to ensure the safety of students' lives.
Some student apartments will also provide free breakfast on weekdays, providing laundry room, public leisure area, projection room, self-study discussion room and gym.
School dormitories must be booked in advance! Generally, rooms are opened in February and March, but the time of each school is different. York University, for example, randomly allocated dorms in July, so some dorms will be far away from the main campus.
Off-campus rental and student apartments are also recommended to be booked in advance, so that there is more space to choose the desired room type.

When can you move out?
