Looking back on my work experience in the past month and a half, although there are tears and pains, the most is experience and gains. I remember the first day I entered the company and was arranged to study with an office clerk. Really, the first day was the hardest. Even in our office, there are two girls who have worked for 87 years, both of whom have worked for one year. Most of the north just graduated from university in 2034 and entered the society. Young people looking for jobs from the north to the south are older and less experienced. I can distinguish them independently. What you do is always your own!

Through practice, I have deepened my understanding of personnel work, enriched my practical management knowledge, and made me have a certain perceptual and rational understanding of daily office administration. It is realized that to do a good job in daily enterprise administration, we should not only pay attention to the study of management theory knowledge, but also closely combine practice with theory. At school, I majored in administration and took elective courses such as secretarial science, human resource management and office automation. In addition, I am used to living in the warm heating in the north in winter, so it is difficult for me to adapt to the rainy weather in the south for more than half a month, and I often can't sleep at midnight. Repeating the tedious work every day is easy to get bored after a long time. However, the work should be simple and not sloppy. A small mistake may bring great trouble or loss to the company, but it must be done seriously. I once thought about giving up, but I must restrain myself from thinking about not coming to work at will. When encountering difficulties, learn to adjust your mentality to relieve stress and face difficulties. All along, we rely on our parents' income. Only after work did I know that my parents worked hard to earn money, so I was also consciously cultivating my financial management ability.

V. Units and their own problems

Maybe it's because I just stepped into the society and haven't been involved in the world. Maybe sometimes I can't understand and agree with some behaviors of the company. For example: 1, new employees are required to provide their own keys when they live in the dormitory, but they have to hand in the keys when they leave, and their wages will be deducted if they don't, 40 yuan. I agree to leave my job and hand in my keys, but why do employees have to make copies themselves when they check in? Is it difficult for the company to prepare four keys for a room? This will make every employee have opinions and damage the image of the company. I reflected this problem to the relevant leaders before the end of my internship, and I don't know if I can solve it. 2. When calculating attendance, there is no difference between those who have leave notes and those who have no leave notes. The actual treatment of employees' leave and absenteeism is the same, and wages are deducted on the day of absenteeism. My impulse, I really don't like it, and I emphasize everything. I evaluate everything with my own simple eyes. Maybe it is not suitable for this complicated society. Maybe my various edges and corners will be polished as smooth as pebbles after a year or two of experience.

At the end of the internship, the director of the office affirmed my work performance. The biggest advantage is that I can follow up the work given by the leader, no matter how long it takes, until it is completed. Drawings are the language of engineers, and the designer's intention should be expressed intuitively, accurately and conspicuously. So what we finally finish must be able to help us express our design ideas, express a planner's point of view, or expose some problems we want to show you.

With this premise, it is not difficult for us to understand why most valuable drawings are actually hand-drawn drafts of design ideas, because they are primitive, pure and concise and closer to the designer's head.

What does a good computer drawing look like?

I think: "striking, concise and accurate" (please experience the ranking order) is a good standard for computer drawing. To maintain a set of drawings with a generally unified style, each drawing has distinct characteristics. The size of A3 allows people to see the theme you want to express even if it is 2 meters away, and the size of A 1 allows people to distinguish six or seven out of ten when the light is insufficient at 10 meters away, so as not to confuse industrial areas and residential areas, and don't treat primary schools as gas stations.

To achieve this goal, we need some good working methods and habits to support it. Whether one person handles all the drawings of a project or a working group cooperates, we need some good working frameworks in order to complete the drawing expression efficiently and with high quality.

Chapter II Working Methods (Strategic Level)

As the person in charge of the project, we must do three things well (everything is closely related to the drawings): grasp the design ideas, control the depth of the drawings, and clarify the division of labor. If you are a painter and meet a project leader who is suspected to be a fairy teacher (the plan was not made but blew, and it was made the day before the report), then you have to change it. For example, it is a relatively simple control rule. In this case, don't spend too much time on the later photos, because some of them were changed by you. The first task should be to complete the general layout of cad, fully reflect the design idea that the boss is suspicious of Chai Tian, and communicate with the boss more about the general layout of cad. After being fully affirmed, everyone will draw the corresponding drawings separately on this basis.

Each stage of the project corresponds to different drawing depth requirements. If it is divided into three stages: the preliminary plan-the first draft-will be reviewed, and before drawing, we will roughly estimate which drawings to produce. If I can't judge, I generally won't produce a photo (haha, let Party A have a better and better feeling, wow, your drawings are drifting more and more ...). I only have a preliminary plan, an analysis drawing, a general drawing and a first draft, but they are all cad, and there is no sub-drawing. If you can review the manuscript, please handle it with photo and bring some things and sub-plans.

On the premise that everyone fully understands the overall design idea, the level of people who draw roads and general plans basically determines the progress of the whole project and the quality of computer drawing. The most changed projects are also roads and general plans. Therefore, we have the following preparations first:

The standard document (a very powerful standard document) is made by the road or the general plan (usually me, because I am often suspected to be NB by the project leader):

1, unified drawing frame with aspect ratio A3 or A 1, font style (text style) and annotation style (dark style) must be named in the drawing frame file. It is strongly recommended that all fonts only use Song style, and the titles are bold! Lest others see the question mark and add trouble to communication and printing.

Friends don't think it's necessary. I think this is the most critical, important and difficult! ! Countless times of youth have been wasted by others' messy layered cad and psd files, and countless times of irregular electronic files have been sorted out. I don't want to live this life. Let me briefly introduce my attempt:

Autocad(R 14) has no graphics that can be complicated on the general plane. Let me take the general plan of the control gauge as an example:

General idea:

The first rule: the hierarchical order of cad begins with numbers, the second with letters and the third with Chinese characters.

The second rule: the things in the drawings include the following contents: words, labels, picture frames, rivers, mountains, land and color block filling of their wireframes, road side lines, center lines, planning boundaries, administrative boundaries or other boundaries, analytical boundaries, color blocks, and necessary auxiliary lines that cannot be deleted but can be frozen. They must be roughly distributed in similar naming areas according to their respective purposes, and the names must be easy to choose (for example, I use M2 as the second kind of industrial land, first point the mouse to a long and complicated list of layers, and then enter M with the keyboard to reach M area! ! )

The third rule: the naming rules of layers should be simple and clear, which is convenient for people of different majors. Everyone can understand quickly and will never misunderstand.

Using the above rules, I imagine the following naming methods:

You are not allowed to put anything on floors A and 0. It's for the block!

B for special things that must be seen first, such as topographic maps, add 0 in front to ensure that these layers are at the top of the layer list. The topographic map name of dwg is 0map. If it is an externally referenced raster image, it can be called 0image. Then insert the terrain on the 0map layer and externally reference the image on the 0image layer. Unified picture frame can also be called "0 picture frame".

C the filling of land with different properties begins with the English name specified in the specification. When filling, be sure to check "Association" and bring a wireframe (that is, click "Advanced"-"Keep boundaries when filling") so that the calculation area can be easily changed and modified. Some people fill the boundary layer by layer and add many layers, which is unnecessary. With the filter (fi), the filled and filled wireframes can finally be easily separated, and drawing is not a daily area calculation. For example, the administrative office floor is called "C 1 administration", the commercial and financial floor is called "C2 commerce", the fire station floor is called "U9 fire station", and the public parking lot floor is called "S3 1 parking lot". Generally speaking, it is more than enough to divide the standard subcategories, and the nature of land use can be strictly divided. It turns out that I didn't bring Chinese before. It's called "C 1, C2". Later, for the convenience of other colleagues, I added a short China butt. In this way, Class C (public service facilities) are together at a glance, and Class U (municipal infrastructure) is also in a string (U 1, U2 1, U3 ...). The selection, switching and modification of light bulbs are very convenient, and there will be no omissions and unnecessary things to disturb you!

D, road edge (red line), road center line

Things that are not originally used for land must be discharged separately and are not allowed to be mixed with land. The key point is that the electronic files of professional road departments are often named "Rb" (road boundary) and "RC" (road center). Alas, my energy is limited, I can't control all the technical departments, so I can only copy them! The disadvantage of compromise is that it will be mixed in residential land (the first type of residential land is R 1 1). Originally, I wanted to classify them as "lines" and had to start with "X".

E, the line begins with "X", because according to the national standard, the one with the largest land code is stored in "W". In order to arrange different drawing elements in an orderly way, everything with a line (homophonic X) must be behind the topographic map starting with 0 and the land with its own land code. I will use the layer name "X" to separate the land use boundary. I will call the planning boundary "X" and the county boundary "X", so ...

F, finally, words and labels. I put the homophonic "z" in front. I named the road "Z Road Name", the town "Z Town Name" and the label "Z Label" ...

The above hierarchical naming rules are actually very simple, but if everyone agrees, it may not be so strict. In practical application, it can be slightly modified according to the contents of the drawings. But the theme is clear: unified layer name, strict system, convenient choice, everyone understands.

4. Common layer color

Generally, second-class residential buildings are yellow, first-class residential buildings are 5 1, primary and secondary schools are 30, commercial buildings are red, cultural entertainment is purple, riverway 15 1, municipal infrastructure is basic color 134, parking lot is 8 (dark gray), road is 7 (black), and road center line is red. The color of industrial m is difficult to distinguish. People with Tongji and Harbin backgrounds use blue, and those with Tsinghua and Wuhan urban reconstruction backgrounds use brown. In fact, it doesn't matter, mainly the industrial category of drawings (123 category distinction) and the proportion of drawings. Too large a brown area is easy to give others a dirty feeling, and too large a blue area (especially plain blue and dark blue) will make the drawing too dark and the chromaticity too high. There are also green spaces that are difficult to match. Look at the proportion of color blocks in the picture. (But my mother's CAD has 256 colors, so there is not much choice. Different printers are actually very different. I always look at the colored ring table, and then make several plans to discuss and compare with the project leader. )

5. Print Settings

The working group must know the printing size of the drawing. For A3, it is best to control the actual longest side at about 37.2, leaving a binding line of about 2 cm (both cad and photos are acceptable). Don't simply check the scale to fit, but accurately calculate the fixed scale (so that the longest side of A3 actual drawing is 37.2cm), the X axis and Y axis offset, and the layout direction of the drawing must be a clear number, which should be unified by everyone. There is also a crucial setting of pen width: first, select all 0. 13, the color of 25 1 where the topographic map is located is lighter, and 0. 1 and 7 are very important roads, drawing frames, etc. And it should be thicker, or 0. 16-0.22. But the laser printer is finer, and the output is finer than the setting. Ink jet is slightly thicker than the setting. The drawing of A 1 is the same, but the corresponding pen width is thicker, and the No.7 road may not be effective until 0.22-0.35, so it can be loaded with drawings. If it is a pipeline map, you should pay attention to the No.7 fine point of the road, and you can't capture the expressed theme pipeline content. Photo does not have the above problems, but its black road is not black, and it is not on the level of discussion. Let's discuss it next time. ...

2. The habit of defining style

Fonts, labels, etc. Need to manage according to style, which is another core management means of cad and office. It doesn't seem as obvious as the sense of hierarchy, but if you can master it well, you will know its power as soon as the file is complicated. I always define styles honestly, and generally don't worry about the fonts and labels behind.

4. Arrangement of documents

Include clear (pu) and stacking sequence. Display order is also very important in cad and photo. It directly reflects my understanding of the contents expressed in the drawings. After the file is drawn and modified, make a pu, and then make sure to stack before printing and saving:

A, color blocks are filled at the bottom

B, superimposed with the width of the polysemous line (for roads, the branch is the lowest, and the upper part of the secondary trunk line, trunk line, expressway trunk line and expressway trunk line).

E. Stacking method: Close all layers by strict hierarchical management, first open the color block layer, select and display the order (DR), and send it to the back; Freeze the color block layer, open a polysemy line with width, select, copy, and have any datum point. Enter @ (copy in situ), enter E, and enter P (delete the last selection).

Well, there is a principle in cad that modifying operations (such as moving) will not change the stacking order, while creating operations (such as copying) will make new objects stack on it! ! ! This method makes full use of the above principle, haha. ...

5. Switch views

I used to like to zoom constantly, zoom, zoom. I also like to zoom at 16 when others come to me, and occasionally I zoom at 52 when MM comes. Then I looked at F2, alas, it's all zoom. How inefficient it is! After observation, research, speculation and trial use, I occasionally use Z-P and Z-D, because zoom-previews and zoom-d can quickly locate the view well. Moreover, even most engineering drawing views are fixed at the scale of several views, and there is no need to zoom at all! If you really need it, zoom-e can look at the overall situation once in a while. But it will cause REGEN to provide you with topographic maps.
