Precautions:

(6) Students who can't take the exam due to injury and disability should go through the exemption procedures according to the relevant regulations before the exam (see Annex 3 for the exemption application form).

(7) Candidates (and parents) should pay attention to the physical condition of candidates before the exam to ensure that candidates do not take the exam with illness or injury to avoid injury accidents.

(8) The physical education examination is a one-time examination, and there is no make-up examination. Candidates who have completed all three items can no longer apply for an extension of the exam.
