Tips for digestion and stagnation
If you judge that children are really accumulating food, then you must find ways to help them digest food. Here are three tips to help your child quickly melt the accumulated food so as not to get sick with a fever.
After children accumulate food, their daily diet should be simplified these days. Don't eat too complicated, eat something easy to digest, more vegetarian and less meat, and mix it reasonably. Parents can give their children some mild vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables, fungi, bean products and so on. Instead of being a vegetarian or even reducing your food intake, you should adjust the proportion reasonably so that you can alleviate food accumulation without lack of nutrition. If you persist for 2~3 days, the situation of food accumulation can be alleviated.
After entering the holiday, affected by the epidemic, many children mainly stay at home, and the amount of exercise plummeted. Especially during the Spring Festival, it is basically just eaten, which indirectly leads to insufficient motivation of spleen and stomach transport and aggravates food accumulation. Therefore, it is a good choice to exercise properly according to your own conditions. If you can go outdoors, you can climb mountains and play ball. If it is not convenient to go outdoors, you can do sports indoors, even play games and keep fit. Try to make children move, speed up intestinal peristalsis, help spleen and stomach transport, and let the accumulated food be eliminated faster.
In addition to diet control, strengthening exercise and using drugs under the guidance of doctors, parents should never ignore an important, safe and effective method, that is, massaging their children. Children's massage is very effective for children under 7 years old, especially for children under 5 years old. Parents can insist on cooking for their children during the Spring Festival or at ordinary times to eliminate food accumulation and strengthen the spleen. Operate your hands along both sides of the spine, hold the skin, lift and push forward at the same time, from waist to neck.
