I weigh 200+ and have been practicing in the gym 10 day, one hour a day, running, cycling and practicing equipment. Why am I not thin at all?
It may have something to do with your system and eating habits. Sometimes you don't lose weight, but your skin feels tight. Or the daily calorie intake is greater than or equal to that of daily exercise. Never eat sweets and carbonated drinks. I hope I can help you. I wish you success in losing weight.
