Looking back at these teachers who have had a far-reaching influence on me, I find that they are all managers and excellent lecturers, which is a demonstration for managers to be lecturers.

Drucker said: management is practice, and managers with rich practical experience have a deeper understanding of management. After their internal and external training, they have vivid and real cases and practical experience!

These managers, by serving as lecturers, become coach-level managers and make their management work excellent.

Teaching is the best way to learn. Years of management and experience can be systematized and organized in the preparation, implementation and summary of lectures, which is conducive to the knowledge management and dissemination of managers;

These cases of managers being teachers are of a * * * nature. They are all willing to share and love training. A passionate and enthusiastic teacher can infect students, and a passionate and enthusiastic manager will certainly influence employees.

These managers are demonstrators of lifelong learning, promoting their organization to become a learning organization and making learning the core competitiveness of the organization.

In the future, enterprises in China need this kind of effective training based on strategy and performance. Training is not welfare, but an important work behavior of organizing strategies everywhere. Training should not be a project delivered by an outsourcing training company, but should be the core competence established after systematic thinking and comprehensive planning.
