I'm 30 years old and thin, and I can't seem to absorb it well. Start working out now. How to reasonably match the diet? What muscle-building powder to eat and how to eat it?
What my parents gave me can't be changed. Breakfast: yogurt, cereal, bread, three eggs, fruit, coffee and dark chocolate.

Lunch: beef, 200g fish fillets, rice and vegetable soup.

Dinner: shrimp and crab are the main food, pork is not eaten, and a bowl of porridge is served with miscellaneous grains.

Late stage: a small amount of fruits and vegetables can eat less sugar. This is a frame. You can add peanut butter or ham slices to bread in the morning. Vegetables and fruits can be increased, such as potatoes, taro and green leafy vegetables. Duck eggs contain a lot of calcium, but they are ok. Snacking on fish steak is also a good choice.
