The activity content is 65438+ 10 month 10 to April 20th. Meditate for at least 20 minutes every day. If you meditate continuously for 100 days, it will be regarded as a success, and the one-year membership fee will be refunded.

Completed the challenge on April 20th, and received a refund of membership fee on April 22nd.

This is also a small milestone for me.

I was able to finish the drilling because I felt that I used the method of 137 in the whole drilling process:

1: It is a goal, that is, to complete 100-day punching and refund the membership fee.

3: There are three steps. Everything can be divided into three steps, and then subdivided. This is very simple, just one step, that is, open the APP before 9: 00 every morning and complete 20 minutes of meditation.

It's like having a string in your head every day, and you need to complete meditation. Never slack off.

From the whole harvest, apart from the material reward of returning membership fees, I really think everything should have a clear goal, which should be broken down into specific action plans and a clear deadline.

Through this challenge, I laid a good foundation of confidence for doing other things in the future.
