That is to say, although the registered permanent residence is a rural resident, if the victim has lived in the town for more than 1 year and his main income comes from the town, the compensation standard shall be in accordance with the urban compensation standard.

In practice, the evidence that urban rural residents and their main income come from cities and towns includes but is not limited to:

1. Urban permanent residence certificate: urban residence permit; Residence certificate issued by neighborhood committee, street or community management committee; Housing property certificate of the town where it is located; Housing lease contract, rent payment receipt, residence certificate issued by the landlord and testify in court; Various payment vouchers, such as heating fee, electricity fee, water fee, sanitation fee, property fee, etc. Witness testimony and court testimony of the victim's colleagues and friends.

2. The main source of income is the evidence source of the town: the bank account or bill opened by the victim in the town; Proof of paying management fees to the administrative organs of industry and commerce, taxation, etc. ; Social insurance premium payment vouchers and records of administrative organs; Work certificate issued by the victim's unit, labor contract signed with the employer, payroll, attendance sheet, employee roster, deposit receipt, etc. Let the victims get paid; The testimony of the victim's colleague and testify in court.
