Stick to 7 habits, and life will be different from now on!

A person's life is divided into three stages.

At this stage of dependence, we rely on others to give us what we want. If something goes wrong, someone else will help you solve it. Many people have lived their whole lives and are still at this stage, which is what we usually call a giant baby.

During the period of independence, we can get the right to choose what we want by our own ability and be responsible for ourselves.

During the period of interdependence, we lived in an interdependent world. Excellent leaders, team members and successful relationships all depend on interdependence with others and achieve far-reaching goals through cooperation. People who only consider their own interests will not last long.

Second, seven habits The first three of these seven habits are aimed at the growth from the first stage to the second stage. The next three habits help us grow into a period of interdependence.

Proactive: It is also the mantra of entrepreneurial losers, that is, the market environment is not good, the policy changes too fast, and the level of employees is too poor. Winners will only focus on how I can make my company and products more competitive under the existing conditions. If we spend a lot of time on things that we can't influence or change, we will become more and more negative, constantly expanding our circle of influence and narrowing our attention circle. The higher the coincidence between them, the more successful and happy you will be.

From beginning to end: Before you start something and make a choice, think about what you want and what kind of person you want to be, and then work hard in that direction, looking forward to college internship and work. For example, I know what I want is a harmonious and happy family, so even when I am depressed and irritable, I will tell myself to be patient with my family, because bringing negative emotions home will definitely lead to disharmony in family relations.

First things first: We always say one thing and do another, obviously talking about what I want to accomplish, how much I want to have a healthy body and lose weight, but what I do is not work, exercise or scientific diet control, but lie in front of the TV and eat snacks to catch up with the drama. Our lazy brains always let us choose the easiest way. Professor Ke Wei talked about a time management matrix, which divides things into four quadrants according to their importance and urgency. The first quadrant is important and urgent and must be dealt with first. The second quadrant is very important and not urgent. We will give priority to the first quadrant. Avoid things that are not important or urgent. Don't do urgent and unimportant things if you can.

Win-win thinking: Win-win is not a good person, but the maximization of both sides' interests. Consider each other's interests, but don't give up your own interests for this. Consider the interests of both partners and constantly improve the overall cooperation ability of the team. * * * Make the same dish bigger, and everyone will gain something and have a long-term good cooperative relationship, as well as with their families.

Understand others before asking to be understood: for example, I won't tell you that it is really difficult for me to write a copy until midnight every day. Because I know that if the data is not good, it is because people think that the video is not helpful enough for them, so I will concentrate on outputting content that is more helpful to the audience. The audience will naturally pay attention to my content because it is valuable to them. Because everyone only pays attention to what is valuable to them.

Synergy: Everyone has his own strengths and perspectives. Excellent leaders are not afraid that their subordinates disagree with themselves. They will maximize each employee's long board, let themselves see the neglected risks, and let the whole team create value tenfold and hundredfold. To do this, you need knowledge, vision and mind.

Constantly balance and update your resources, energy and health.
