Many people like to use the size of muscles to measure the length of a person's fitness time, but we must know that the efficiency of muscle growth is different in different fitness forms. Although both unarmed fitness and strength training in the gym belong to fitness training, the muscles trained are very different. So how big is the muscle gap between people who exercise with their bare hands for 3 years and those who exercise in the gym 1 year?

First, the difference of muscle morphology between them.

Most of the muscle men we are familiar with are also trained in the gym through strength training. There is no shortage of muscles in unarmed exercise, but it is really rare. It is not that unarmed exercise is not good, but because the two training methods are different, unarmed exercise is slower, long muscles are slower, and muscle dimensions are not too large. In contrast, strength training is faster and the muscle dimension is large enough.

Second, the differences in muscle expression between them.

Although the size of muscle dimension can't fully explain the size of muscle strength, people with strong muscle strength must be muscular, that is to say, the greater the muscle dimension trained by strength, the greater the muscle strength, and the muscle expressive force they practice in unarmed fitness is more reflected in muscle endurance or muscle coordination. Although their muscle strength is large enough compared with ordinary people, their muscles are bigger than those of muscular men trained by strength.

Third, the gap between them in other comprehensive qualities.

At present, although the domestic fitness culture has begun to develop rapidly, the development of unarmed fitness in minority circles is still relatively slow. The reason is that this training method of unarmed fitness cannot be recognized by most people. In the eyes of many people, unarmed fitness may be as simple as push-ups and pull-ups, but this is not the case. There are also professional training methods and various professional competitions every day. Compared with equipment fitness, unarmed fitness has its own advantages, but their training methods are different.

Although there are many differences between unarmed fitness and equipment fitness, it does not affect our purpose of improving physical fitness through these trainings. How to choose a fitness form depends on your personal fitness purpose and your own fitness conditions. It can't be said that everyone goes to the gym to exercise, and you follow suit.
