How to carry out rehabilitation training for stroke
Foot hook action: lift the patient's leg to keep the knee straight, hold the lower part of the calf with one hand, and hold the front part of the sole with the other hand. The forefoot pushes forward to hook the toes, and then make the foot surface jump backwards.

Foot rotation: keep the above posture, push the front side of the sole with your hand, rotate from outside to inside, and then rotate from inside to outside.

Leg stretching exercise: hold the ankle with one hand, the knee with the other hand, and lift the thigh (the angle depends on the patient's specific situation).

Legs droop, press your knees with one hand, and straighten your legs with the other.

Around the knee: hold the knee socket with one hand, hold the foot center with the other hand, and move around the knee from outside to inside and from inside to outside.

Leg press's exercise: Hold your knees with one hand, and hold the lower front part of your calf with the other hand, and keep the posture of bending your knees and closing your legs. The calf is pressed against your thigh, and the thigh is pressed against your chest.

Hip rotation: Hold your knees with both hands at the same time, so that your legs keep the posture of bending your knees and closing your legs, then hold your knees and rotate your joints from right to left, and then from left to right, gradually expanding the scope according to your illness.

Lower extremity massage: stretch your legs horizontally, press the upper thighs with your hands and massage from top to bottom.

Under normal circumstances, the upper and lower limbs should do passive activities 2-4 times a day, and the same action can be done 5-6 times each time. At the beginning, the movement should be light, not too big, and the patient should have no pain.
