Ginza cards cannot be used for large-value transactions (large-value transactions refer to transactions in which customers buy a certain kind of goods at one time to reach a limited number), and cannot be used for buying cars and real estate.
Extended data:
Ginza cards are divided into bearer cards and registered cards, and registered cards have no validity period. The bearer card is valid for three years. For bearer cards whose fund balance exceeds the validity period, the purchaser or cardholder may extend the period to the card selling enterprise after the expiration of the validity period for three months.
For bearer Ginza cards, loss reporting and card replacement services are not provided. For registered Ginza cards, provide loss reporting service. After the registered Ginza card is lost, the card purchaser shall go to the card purchasing shop (unit) with a valid ID card, a card purchasing invoice and relevant certificates from the public security department (Ginza Kaka number must be listed), and go through the reporting procedures after verifying that the information is consistent. Half a year after the date of loss reporting, the loss reporting person will go to the loss reporting store to handle the card replacement formalities with his valid ID card, Ginza card loss reporting receipt and other materials.
