I usually practice the vest line, but I'm lazy, so I don't do particularly tired movements, and the amount of exercise is moderate. Little cute people who want to practice the vest line slowly can refer to my method. I can't guarantee that if you do it, it will have an effect, like those fitness cows, because everyone's situation is different. I can only say that it's really effective after I practiced it myself.
Usually, I exercise in the evening. I will lay a yoga mat at home first, then do some preparatory actions to relax my body and warm my body, and then lie flat on the yoga mat with my head in my hands. My head is off the ground and keeps an angle of about 30 degrees with the ground. After lifting my legs, I will pedal my bike in the air for about three minutes at a time, and pay attention to adjusting my breathing during the process.
Next, move on to the next movement. After your feet are straight, keep your back and head at a 90-degree angle with the ground and keep this action for two minutes. The third action is to bend your feet and put them on the yoga mat. Start lifting the upper body back and forth, and touch your knees with your hands. After lying down, repeat back and forth for about two minutes. The last movement is flat support, and one group lasts about one and a half minutes.
After these actions, I will lie flat on the yoga mat and relax for a few minutes to absorb the effect of exercise. If you want to develop a charming vest line, you can also try it.
