? Because there are two kinds of fitness coaches, the first is the class teacher, who is responsible for giving classes to students, making and arranging fitness plans, supervising the diet of three meals a day, and taking you to gain muscle and lose fat. This kind of coach is generally in good shape, with a sense of muscle and line, which is the type of regular exercise at first glance.
The second is to give you a pie full of dreams, three days vest line and one week abdominal muscles; The coach who buys the lowest price today and cancels the activity tomorrow is characterized by being either fat (even with a belly) or thin. It seems that there is no trace of training, but his eyes are smart and his mouth is clever. They won't take you to serious training, they will only let you buy courses and make plans, and there is basically no guarantee for the later classes.
? All the commercial gyms (that is, the ones that look resplendent and lofty when you go in) are arranged for you for the first time. Most of them are the second kind of coaches, coaches who are responsible for selling classes. Because they will create more value and profit for the company, they are responsible for the latest customer resources, so it is best not to choose to buy classes and exercise as soon as you finish the card.
So, how should we choose a coach? There are many unknown inside stories!
First, choose a coach with a good figure. If you don't know the standard to measure your figure, you should choose him as your coach. In other words, if you want to exercise his figure, you should choose him.
Second, choose a coach who has been in the business for at least three years. Many coaches are inexperienced, unable to speak fluently and love to blush. Anyone with a coach's license will do. Without a coach's certificate, they need neither experience nor major, so it is difficult to deal with unexpected situations in class.
Finally, when choosing a coach with a coaching certificate, the certificate is the key to determine the professionalism of a coach. At least 1-3 fitness-related certificates are required. Generally, coaches who graduate from regular fitness will have 5-6 certificates, and a dozen old coaches are normal.
However, the number of certificates cannot be completely introduced by the resume on the photo wall. Updating is one thing, and gyms will exaggerate many titles that coaches don't have for publicity. If you want to identify the authenticity of the certificate, the most direct way is to ask the coach to show you the certificate, or directly search in official website to get it, a fitness association.
Well, this is what I shared as a fitness instructor in recent years. Fitness instructors are a mixed bag. I hope these "inside stories" will help you choose a coach ~
