First, the concept of founding a country.

Skipping rope is a kind of sports activity that both teachers and students like very much. Because the equipment is simple and can be easily carried out without a lot of space, it is very popular in our school.

Combined with the fact that our school is a rural primary school and lacks sports facilities, it is proposed to take "pattern skipping" as a characteristic project of school sunshine sports activities.

On the one hand, skipping rope can promote the development of students' jumping ability, agility, coordination, speed and endurance. On the other hand, by actively carrying out "pattern skipping" as a characteristic project of school sunshine sports activities, we can promote and popularize school extracurricular activities, further cultivate students' interest in sports and develop lifelong physical exercise habits.
