Thames Town Community in Song Fang Street, Songjiang District, Shanghai Thames Town is a key construction project during the Tenth Five-Year Plan of "One City, Nine Towns" in Shanghai. Located in the south of Songjiang University Town, it is adjacent to Wencheng Road in the south, Sanxin North Road in the west, Jiang Xinsong Road in the north and Shenjingtang in the east. It covers an area of one square kilometer, with a total construction area of more than 500,000 square meters, a plot ratio of 0.5 and a green coverage rate of 60%.
