? In the new educational experiment, we clearly put forward six dimensions of the ideal classroom:
The first is participation, that is, full participation, full participation and effective participation of students. Students are the main body of our teaching, so the most important thing in a class is students' participation. Through students' speeches and communication between teachers and students, we can understand students' mastery of knowledge and stimulate students' thinking. Therefore, our classroom can't be full of teachers.
The second is affinity, which refers to the happy emotional exchange and wisdom exchange between teachers and students. There is no doubt that teachers need enough affinity to have a positive class, so that students will like teachers, like this class, and thus like the subjects taught by teachers.
The third is freedom. We should respect students' personal choices. Every student is an independent individual and has his own choice of learning style. We need to give students space to play freely. When there are problems with students' ways, we only need to guide them, but we can't stop students from trying at the root.
The fourth is the degree of integration. This latitude requires teachers to grasp the subject knowledge system as a whole first. Classroom teaching should be good at integrating knowledge, helping students to build a knowledge framework of the subject, and linking the knowledge before and after to remember.
The fifth is the degree of practice. Good classroom teaching is by no means the exclusive stage for teachers. If only the teacher is teaching a class from beginning to end, then the class is undoubtedly a failure. Students are the main body of learning, so it is necessary to test the degree of mastery of students, so it is necessary to let students practice and practice.
The sixth is ductility. Students are all members of society and cannot teach knowledge rigidly. This book mentions that we should extend from classroom teaching to social life. Let life become the content of teaching and learning, let society become a broad classroom, and let life be further stretched and bloomed in it.
The six latitudes are interdependent and irreplaceable. I will try my best to build an ideal classroom from these six latitudes. In addition, the book also introduces the triple realm of the ideal classroom and the relationship between the ideal classroom and the top ten actions, which will be a magic weapon in my future teaching and need my efforts to achieve.
