What are the factors that affect our inability to keep fit?
I think there are many reasons why I can't keep fit, which vary from person to person. Everyone's individual situation is different, and so are their habits, personality and endurance. On the one hand, some people can persist, while others can't. At the same time, each of us has a different living environment and pace, and everyone has his own things to do, but if time is limited, we can only choose among many things.

Let's talk about time first. If we are students, we can't spend all our time on fitness because we have our own studies to finish, homework and extracurricular expansion every day. Sometimes we have to give up fitness in order to study. If we have already worked, our time will be even less free. Many times, we give up everything we can for the progress of our work.

There is also our own personal insistence on fitness. Some people may take fitness as a way to exercise themselves. They can go when they have time, but they don't have time to go. However, some people regard fitness as something they love very much, and as the work they must do every day. No matter what happens, they will insist on finishing their fitness every day.

Also, it depends on whether we are good at making excuses for ourselves. Many people complain that they don't have time. Do they really have no time or really don't want to go? The answer to this question is only for ourselves, because I always think that if you really want to do something, you will find time to do it. This is an attitude reason unrelated to time. We can't always use time as an excuse.
