During the beginner's period, you must keep your basic skills solid, otherwise you will easily encounter bottlenecks. As we all know, the bottleneck is the most difficult place to break through. It is also important not to influence yourself because of initial impatience or some irregular details.
Our training sequence is: basic movements-basic steps+body coordination+basic physical strength (endurance)-fixed-point multi-ball feeding-moving multi-ball feeding+physical strength (endurance)+moving step to improve speed-fixed penalty path at half-court+improving physical strength (endurance)+high-speed moving step+multi-ball strengthening path-full-court fixed path+tactical duet+high-speed multi-ball training+body. Practice for more than half a year (average training for more than 3 hours a day). Of course, amateurs don't need to train every day like us, but they also need absolute patience and a lot of repeated training (playing ball) to improve their level. Badminton is still a sport that needs time to settle down.
