The same is true of the human body, which needs cleaning and cleanliness. The best way to clean up the circulatory system is fasting therapy. Fasting for a few days is to give the body a chance to clean itself up.

The best fasting date is about 3 days before the full moon and new moon, that is, 1 1 and two days before and after the 26th lunar month. Because, according to scientific theory, the full moon and the new moon are usually the days of spring tides. This meal, I have no restraint, I have eaten everything I should (I should eat less by rights). After eating Chinese food, I feel my stomach is swollen badly. If I eat too much, the whole person is uncomfortable. After the afternoon, I ate nothing but boiled water. I went out to buy two lemons at night and went to bed early after 9 o'clock.

Last night, the beautiful women in the group were still discussing whether to stop eating. They did business card therapy a few days ago, some felt bad, and some were still hesitating. I missed my last card treatment because of my physiological period, so I made up my mind to do it this time. Although I don't want to stop eating because of my light weight, I still want to experience this feeling and see what it is like to be hungry, physically and mentally.

Today is a day of official fasting, and I have no burden. As usual, I got up at 6 o'clock, finished washing, defecated and drank a cup of honey water. I began to practice explaining my yoga class at 6: 30, and recorded the whole process in an hour. Arrive at the yoga studio at 9: 00, and have two and a half hours of physical fitness+asana practice. Drink half a cup of lemon juice and warm water during a ten-minute break. Go home to rest and drink water at noon. Class will continue at 1: 30 pm. Today, the teacher will explain two handstands: shoulder handstand and head handstand. The practice of pranayama is first carried out in class. The handstand posture is more difficult, because I can do this posture before, and the teacher asked me to go up and show you. After that, the teacher spent more than an hour explaining, asking each student to do asana, and then practicing in pairs. After four o'clock, today is Fluttershy's practice class. This little girl has good conditions and natural conditions to learn yoga. I like her very much. As an elder, as their recognized monitor, I am very strict with her, and I specially arranged for her to be the first person to explain. She is a little insecure and always wants me to speak first. I didn't promise her. As a result, she did a good job, although some small details were not in place, but as. Subsequently, we made a personal comment on Fluttershy's class. Teacher Bobo told us that the way to overcome hunger is to drink water or gulp down the air. I didn't swallow air. I only drank lemonade today. I didn't feel the hunger I wanted to experience at all. Go to bed after 10 at night. Today passed so smoothly.

I didn't sleep well last night. I feel that I haven't fallen asleep all night. Didn't I say that fasting helps you sleep? But I seem to be half insomnia, and my nerves are very excited. I feel a little thirsty after four o'clock in the morning. I woke up at 6 o'clock, but together, the whole person began to feel uncomfortable, sweating all over, feeling weak, vomiting, and having no consciousness of defecation. I got up, drank a cup of honey water and cooked porridge. My husband fried me a shredded lettuce. I filled a small bowl of porridge, ate half a mouthful, and I couldn't eat any more. I just want to vomit, but I can't. It's so uncomfortable. This uncomfortable feeling takes me back to 20 years ago, when my colleagues and I traveled to Zhangjiajie. A group of 10 people drove two cars and visited several counties along Panshan Highway. At that time, I couldn't get on the bus at all, and the Santala I was sitting in was very smelly. I visited for a week. Because I was on the road all day, I ate almost every meal. I started throwing up as soon as I got on the bus. Did this fasting collapse to this extent in less than two days?

I forced another glass of honey water, slept in the bed, and got up at 10. Suddenly I have a feeling of defecation. As a result, I had diarrhea when I was squatting in the toilet. It's all black at first glance. I've never solved this shit before. Is this toxin discharged? But whether it is or not, I suddenly feel much more comfortable. I don't want to throw up, and people can walk. I went to the supermarket to buy some green leafy vegetables, washed them lightly, heated a small bowl of porridge, ate half a banana and began to eat again. It's been 45 hours since I started fasting.

The book says that after an empty stomach, you should take a few warm baths, clean your body, and completely wash away the toxins excreted by sweat glands. I don't know if the sweat in the morning detoxified, so I took a warm bath. My body feels a little lighter, but I'm still weak. Then I went to sleep, got up at 3: 30 in the afternoon, drank water, adjusted my breathing, and then started six-body detoxification. I only made three, and I began to feel comfortable again. There are not many rows this time, but it is already a normal color.

After eating some boiled noodles, I felt my physical strength recovered by 70%, but I felt a little sick in my stomach. This is my fasting experience.

Yoga, called yoga in English, means "connection and combination", which is the combination of individual soul and universal spirituality, and also the combination of individual body, mind and spirit.
