Let Yoga Come into Our Life
Yoga originated in ancient India and is one of the six philosophical schools in ancient India. It explores the truth and method of "the unity of Brahma and Me". What modern people call yoga is mainly a series of methods to cultivate one's self-cultivation.

? Yoga is not a fierce competitive sport, nor is it a passionate combination of aerobics, and it is more different from the cheerful elegance of fitness dance. It is a fashion, an elegant body art, and a practice way for people to meditate and keep fit.

No wonder biologists say that "when you practice yoga, your age will stay at that time". Chinese medicine theory: "Practicing yoga can help us find the" chakra "of the body. The "chakra" of the body can affect many glands in our body, thus balancing endocrine. With normal endocrine, you can have a well-proportioned figure, bright skin, full of energy and a happy mood. How can time take away your beauty?

People often say that life lies in exercise. Yoga is a scientific way of life, not a sport that people think. This is a misunderstanding of yoga, and I believe many yoga practitioners agree. So what are the benefits of practicing yoga for people? Why can't other sports make up for it? Here, I can tell you with my personal experience.

No matter what kind of sports you like before, running, fitness or cycling, we will pay special attention to the gains and losses and success or failure in the process of sports. For example, when running, I will deliberately shoot some apps on my mobile phone to record my running distance. It seems that running more proves that I am better. When exercising and riding, I always habitually compare with others: Did I do a squat more than others? Or did you insist on riding 1 km? When we start practicing yoga, we only need to take care of our state and breathing, and we only need to concentrate on ourselves and do what we can. What yoga gives us is to let go of competition and comparison and do our own thing quietly; Other sports may be winning or losing, paying attention to winning or losing.

When the word "exercise" is mentioned, everyone will instinctively be afraid and rejected, afraid of sweating and sports injuries, and afraid of feeling tired after exercise. Unlike yoga, yoga is also an exercise, but it is higher than exercise. It is easy to see from the form of yoga courses that other sports are just sports themselves. For example, if you want to run, you just need to stretch and run, such as swimming, and you can get into the water by changing your swimsuit.

Yoga is different. A 60-minute yoga class includes: 10 minutes of meditation+10 minutes of warm-up +30 minutes of posture practice+10 minutes of relaxation and rest. This is also in line with the eight lotus flowers introduced in the Yoga Sutra. The spirit of yoga includes: 1, keeping precepts; 2. Diligence; 3. Body position; 4. Adjustment of interests; 5. feeling; 6. focus; 7. meditation; 8. God decides. It's not just posture or meditation or anything. This process is not only physical exercise, but also inner spiritual cultivation, so compared with other sports that only consume physical strength, yoga will not only consume physical strength, but also restore physical strength. Yoga brings us physical recovery, and we feel very relaxed after practicing. Other sports require physical exertion and exhaustion.

Yoga is different from other forms of exercise. When we do other exercises, we often feel very excited, at first, and at the end. This excitement may last for a long time. At the same time, the body energy is constantly disappearing, the heart rate is too fast, and the blood flow is intense, which increases people's fatigue. People who often practice yoga should feel the same way: no matter what happens before practicing yoga, they will feel anxious and impatient. Once they get on the yoga mat and are ready to meditate, people will automatically become calm and serene. As if everything has nothing to do with this moment, the whole world is just me and my breath. So yoga gives me a combination of calm, body and mind and breathing, while other sports give me excitement, which is the beginning and end of staying on the surface.

I used to stop practicing when I was running because I couldn't go to the gym on rainy days, and I didn't go when I was swimming because I was afraid of cold water in winter. Some sports are often limited by geography and need the support of the environment. When I started practicing yoga, I found that as long as I was calm and serene at the moment, I could spread out my yoga mat and practice at home at will. I can also meditate quietly in the office 10 minutes to relieve stress. Since then, yoga has been integrated into my life. It is in my temperament, in my mind, in my body. Yoga gives me a heart that I can practice at any time, while other sports give me environmental restrictions and constraints.

Meditation training, quiet in it. This is what yoga made me realize. It makes me learn to be tolerant, tolerant of myself and everything, and it is also an inclusive sport. Yoga does not conflict with other sports, and can be integrated into various sports. Since practicing yoga, my body has become soft and my bones and muscles have been pulled apart, so running is not so easy to get hurt. Yoga pays more attention to shaping and thread building, and dancing is lighter and more beautiful than before. Yoga gives people a sense of tolerance and mastery, but it's a pity that you can only choose one other sport.

? Dear friends, I hope you and I can enjoy the unique beauty of yoga in this small world, find ourselves, know ourselves and fall in love with ourselves.
