Does the children's scooter need to be folded?
Children's scooters are very easy to see in our daily life. Children like to play scooter very much. They can exercise their children's bodies and make each child grow sturdily, but they don't know whether the scooter needs to be folded. So, does the children's scooter need to be folded?

Does the children's scooter need to be folded? With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, people have higher and higher requirements for physical exercise and leisure sports. Scooters are popular sports equipment in the market at present. They can be used as recreational fitness equipment and temporary transportation. They are small in size, light in weight, low in cost and convenient to carry. They are deeply favored by young people at home and abroad and are rapidly popularized and applied at home and abroad. In order to reduce the transportation volume and storage space of the scooter, there is a folding device between the front fork tube of the front wheel and the pedal. Although there are many kinds of folding devices, most of them are installed on the pedal, and the upper and lower clamping grooves and pull buttons for folding are exposed. They are made of metal materials, and there are mainly the following disadvantages in the use process:

First, when folding parts, the gap between parts is too large, which often leads to finger injury. Scooters are easy to get stuck in grooves and zippers when sliding, which leads to the potential safety hazard of falling, and can not meet the safety requirements of EN 1496 1 European children's toys.

Second, in order to ensure the scooter to slide safely and fold reliably, it is extremely laborious to operate with both hands, especially for children, who need the assistance of adults to open or fold when necessary; Third, the structure is complex.

How to choose wheels for children's scooters to wear resistance?

Scooters with wheels also have higher performance. The polyamide elastomer TPA is used here.

In fact, TPA is far away from the performance of rubber, lacking elasticity, and retains the comfort advantages of PA: good toughness, chemical resistance and wear resistance, as well as very good noise reduction function, which meets the requirements of scooter wheels. Compared with other thermoplastic elastomers, polyamide lipid elastomers have low density and light weight. Easy to process and shape; The hardness varies greatly and can reach the hardness that other elastomers can't. TPA has excellent mechanical strength, tensile strength, toughness, good wear resistance and impact resistance, and is little affected by temperature. It hardly changes in warm water below 80℃ or in organic acids and solvents at room temperature. TPA has good processability, specifically: good processing stability, easy cutting of the handle, good demoulding performance, less flash, short molding cycle and good dimensional stability. The disadvantage of polyamide elastomer is its high price, so the injection molding method with less raw material loss is adopted.

Braking devices are essential.

The braking device is a front brake. The material of this part is phenolic plastic. Phenolic plastic is the oldest plastic variety and is still widely used today. Phenolic resin plastic is a thermosetting plastic with high mechanical strength, better creep resistance than thermoplastic plastic, high hardness, high hardness, good wear resistance and stable product size. Easy molding, small shrinkage during molding, difficult cracking, good heat and chemical resistance and low cost.
