Second, avoid direct fitness after meals. You can't exercise directly after meals. Generally, you can exercise one and a half hours or two hours after a meal. Direct fitness after meals is not only bad for digestion, but also easy to cause gastroptosis.
Don't exercise when you are uncomfortable. The purpose of our fitness is for your health, not for gold and silver like athletes. It is not suitable for fitness under the condition of physical discomfort, otherwise it will be counterproductive.
Fourth, avoid stretching after fitness. If you don't stretch after fitness, your muscles will always be in a state of tension, resulting in stiffness and soreness of your muscles and reduced elasticity.
5. Avoid overeating during fitness. We all say that "three points practice and seven points eat", and diet plays a vital role in achieving a good fitness effect, so don't do it yourself before fitness, and buy a lot of snacks after each intensive fitness. You know, eating a bag of potato chips will waste an hour or two of fitness results.
