Quitting smoking and drinking and protecting PM2.5 will not only aggravate lung injury, but also pollute the brain.

In fact, there is no best way to exercise, only the one that suits you best. Exercise is the only reason for being energetic, but bodybuilding and beautiful muscles are not the main reasons. After exercise, you are very tired and have low energy, which means that you are already deserted. Eighty percent of the fitness instructors in the gym will not tell you what the correct muscle training is.
