The adjusting piece shall be padded under the underframe until it meets the requirements. 3. Place the ground beam, first assemble the ground wheel and then connect the chassis, find the level and tighten the anchor bolt. 4. Put the jack-up platform in place, so that the center line of the jacket coincides with the center line of the column. 5. Put the standard sections of the first set of columns into the frame, connect the bottom end with the ground beam with bolts, and align and fasten them. 6. Place the lifting pulley assembly on top of the two installed columns. 7. Install the manual hoist on the jack-up platform, and wear the hoisting wire rope according to the specified rope winding method. 8. Install the derrick on the jack-up platform. 9. Lift the jack-up platform with a manual crane until the workbench is flush with the top surface of the column, then remove the lifting pulley assembly and put it on the platform. 10. Install the second set of standard sections with suspenders, and put the lifting pulley assembly on top of the second set of standard sections. 1 1. Repeat step 9 to lift the platform to the top of the column. 12. Install the pillar and tighten the connecting bolts of the above components, check the vertical deviation of the installed standard section and adjust it to meet the requirements. 13. Install the crane. 14. Put it into the hanging basket, adjust the levelness of the lifting basket and the gap between the guide roller and the guide rail, and install two pairs of wedge assemblies after meeting the design requirements. 15. Wedge members must be installed on the same horizontal channel steel column on the left and right sides of the hanging basket. After the wedge is hoisted to the top dead center and locked in place, weld the wedge seat on the channel steel body, and the welding must meet the design requirements. 16. Install the broken rope protection system. The axis of the lifting pulley must coincide with the center of the bearing beam of the lifting basket. The installed lifting pulley rotates flexibly, and the axial clearance between the spring pulling plate and pulley gland and the seat body is consistent. Install the tie rod and connect the hinge. 18.
