Overseas China Education Foundation Organization
The decision-making body of Overseas China Education Foundation is the Council. According to the articles of association, the members of the board of directors are elected by all members at the general election, or supplemented by the board of directors through established procedures in peacetime. The person in charge of the board of directors may be the chairman of the board, or concurrently be the chairman.

The Council has an Executive Committee, whose function is to assist the Chairman in making important decisions in his daily administrative work.

The main leaders of the foundation are the president (concurrently CEO, two positions are held by the same person according to the articles of association), the secretary-general, the chief financial officer and several vice presidents. Among them, the President, Secretary-General and Chief Financial Officer are held by the Board of Directors and elected by the Board of Directors.

All groups are administratively subordinate to the Executive Committee under the leadership of the President. The Foundation also has a committee mechanism, which mainly plays the role of deliberation in specific aspects and coordination among some groups.

The foundation shall set up branches and other branches as required.

Executive Committee: The Executive Committee leads all other committees and functional groups. The Executive Committee shall work under the leadership of the CEO (concurrently president) in accordance with the relevant regulations formulated by the Board of Directors.

Functions of the Publishing Coordination Committee: responsible for coordinating the contact and resources among rural children groups, briefing, responding and designing by volunteers, and coordinating and responding to the needs of other functional groups of the Foundation in publicity and publication.
