The starting square of Yibin Lingang Yangtze River Greenway Ecological Comprehensive Management Project is located at the north bridge head of Minjiang River in Cuiping District, with a total land area of about 25 hectares and a total investment of about 670 million yuan. Yibin, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province, is known as "the first city in the Yangtze River, the wine capital of China and the bamboo capital of China".
