At the beginning of the project planning, Wang Dajun, an international space master, was invited to participate in the overall space planning and design of Hongxi Terrace.
Taking indoor space planning as the first priority, the planning scale of public space is established in turn, and the specific plan of individual lifestyle is customized with the development concept as the premise standard. The "point" architectural layout is adopted, which breaks through the traditional "north-south transparent long board" architectural model and realizes the design of 270-degree three-sided lighting and super-large-scale window opening. The width is large, the depth is small and the comfort is self-evident.
appearance design
Hongxitai-the first high-rise and high-end residence in Beijing with red glazed glass as the core material of building facade.
Glazed glass is magnificent and durable, which is obviously incomparable to traditional building facade materials. The luxurious texture of ice as jade, the timeless expression texture and the artistic modeling of modern architecture show the elegant upbringing of a class and inherit the glorious years of a family.

The apartment design breaks through the single functional planning of the traditional dynamic and static partition of building space, fully strengthens the living feeling of the owner, and forms a pure owner's private living area covering the master bedroom, study (part of the apartment), bathroom, walk-in cloakroom and so on. The functional proportion of space is balanced by three-dimensional scale, which is mainly reflected in the adoption of corresponding height design according to different space areas. Sacrifice the whole area just to ensure the perfect proportion of space.

On the premise of returning to "China's upper-class aesthetics", this paper adopts Wang Fu's "four systems gardens" gardening technique, combines with appropriate terrace treatment, and uses modernist garden landscape techniques to create a contemporary home garden full of international flavor and profound oriental traditional meaning.
