The fire permit requires the following information:

1. Fill in the fire safety inspection application form. /kloc-submit the opinions of the local police station for places below 0/00 square meters, and directly submit them for places above 0/00 square meters.

2. Face-to-face application report (please fill in with ink pen) and a copy of legal person's ID card.

3. Copy of industrial and commercial business license (the newly established enterprise without industrial and commercial business license shall provide a copy of the Notice of Pre-registration and Approval of Enterprise Name).

4. Indoor plan and four-position plan of the site (the outdoor plan is configured around the site).

5. Site certificate (copy of real estate license) and lease agreement.

6. Submit the enterprise fire control system, fire fighting and evacuation plan (self-made).

7. Where houses and homesteads belong, it is necessary to apply to the planning department for changing the nature of use before reporting.
