I have been away from Jiangning for many years, but I don't think there is one outside the school. There is a gym on campus, on the first floor of the gym and downstairs of the swimming pool. You can swipe your student card. Very cheap. The tuition fee originally paid included the use fee of facilities on campus, so why go off campus again? Swimming pool, table tennis room and tennis court can all be used, and the cost is much lower than that outside.
