Nothing to do after work at 5 pm?
Get off work early at five o'clock in the evening, and find something to do if you have nothing to do. You can keep fit, go to the gym, go to the playground, run and strengthen your physique for one hour! Stick to it every day, and I believe that after a period of time, your whole mental outlook will be different. Or you can make an appointment with three or five confidants to chat, take a walk, go shopping, talk about work and family. Time will soon pass. Come back for dinner and spend time with your family and children. This is life!
