1. The residential areas and surrounding areas with frequent activities where cases and asymptomatic infected people live can be divided into closed control areas.
2. From 2 days before the onset of the case or 2 days before the asymptomatic infected person is tested positive to isolation management, if it is possible to spread to people in workplaces, activity places and other areas, and it is difficult to judge close contacts and close contacts, the relevant areas can also be designated as closed control areas.
3. The closed control area can be accurately divided into communities (natural village groups), buildings and units.
Termination criteria:
When the following conditions are met at the same time, the blockade can be lifted:
1. There were no new cases or asymptomatic infections in this area in recent 14 days;
2. The last close contact in this area has been exposed for more than 14 days, and the nucleic acid test is negative;
3. All personnel in this area completed a round of nucleic acid screening 2 days before unsealing, and all were negative.
Regional definition
Closed control area is to divide the discovery point, residence point, work point, activity point and surrounding areas of novel coronavirus positive cases into closed areas. The management measures of "closed isolation, staying indoors and serving at home" were implemented, and the epidemic prevention and control areas were closed on 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 respectively.
In particular, it needs to be reminded that the setting and prevention and control of closed areas, sealed control areas and prevention and control areas are dynamically adjusted in real time according to specific epidemic situations.
Operation mode
In the closed control area, "the area is closed, and the service is delivered to the door", the household isolation measures are strictly implemented, and 24-hour patrol duty is arranged to prevent people from going out for activities, so that they will never leave the house or leave the area, and necessary living materials will be delivered to the door. If you really need to go out for medical treatment, you must issue a certificate by the community, review and register, arrange a special car, provide personal protection throughout the whole process, and implement closed-loop management. All personnel in the sealed control area should be tested for nucleic acid once a day.
Matters needing attention
Strictly implement home isolation measures and stay indoors. If conditions permit, live in a single room. Wear a mask when you are isolated at home, try to reduce the contact between family members, and take measures such as cleaning and disinfection of the environment, cleaning and disinfection of tableware, and ventilation of the room. Domestic garbage shall be sealed and placed in the designated place. When it can be sealed, the outer packaging should be disinfected first. Take a temperature test every morning and evening, and inform the staff in time if there are symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and diarrhea.

Use examples
