Two weeks ago, I started to go out every night before collecting garbage. I sorted the garbage first and then crossed the street to the door of the neighborhood Committee opposite. There, there are a bunch of old people talking about their parents' problems in dialect, and a bunch of stray cats meowing in one place, sharing the cat food brought by the old people.
Of course, in this place, there are some dilapidated community fitness equipment-there are prescriptions for people with lumbar problems.
So it is "forced". First, the right arm can't move in mid-July. Later, at the beginning of August, when I got off work, my whole right foot, right leg and right hip began to feel numb. On the one hand, these symptoms indicate that the old age is approaching, on the other hand, they more accurately indicate that the original lumbar disc herniation may deteriorate. A year ago, the doctor asked me to pull the horizontal bar and Yin Fei Jr., but I never made it decent every day. Now the symptoms are obvious, and I dare not slack off.
So for two weeks, I went to the elderly fitness area almost every night. Pull the horizontal bar, push-ups and twist the waist. Combine the three movements into one group and do three to five groups. Every movement is not exhausted, so rest for about a minute between groups. About twenty to thirty minutes, and then go home.
Among a bunch of old people and a bunch of cats, I seem a little different, too silent, too diligent, and then, a little younger than them.
They seldom exercise and just talk. If someone stands on a treadmill or bicycle in the air, they will also shake their legs and chat at the same time. The reason why they have these devices at present is precisely because they are in a period of no situation.
I hope everything will be better after the symptoms disappear. I am still a frequent visitor here.
