1. Meditation

Step 2 sit down and turn around

Sit forward
Legs straight forward, knees slightly bent. Inhale and sit up straight. Exhale and stretch your hands forward until you catch your toes. Keep your back straight. If necessary, bend your knees until your back is straight. This action can stretch the hamstring muscles well. If I want to relax completely and have a good sleep, I must not pull it too tightly, otherwise I will be too excited to sleep.
Can I eat after yoga at night?
You can eat yoga in the evening, but it is not suitable for eating right away. You'd better eat it in half an hour.
