(4) Proper breakfast The elderly should eat some food in moderation before getting up in the morning. After a night's rest, the hydration state of the body is not at the best level in the morning, so we should replenish some liquids appropriately. In addition, after a night's consumption, the body should supplement certain energy substances, and the elderly should properly ingest some carbohydrates before exercise. Eat breakfast after morning exercise, don't eat too much. Eating too much will reduce blood supply to the brain and increase fatigue.
