So what should we do? 1 weaken the external muscles and strengthen the internal muscles. This is also the outline that my coach told me before. I have a bad memory. I can only remember the central idea and forget the details, so it's useless.

So 1 is weak, which goes against the purpose that I always encourage muscle training? No, muscles are needed, it is impossible not to have them! Just stretching and relaxing. 2 Strengthen the muscles inside. . I don't know which moves can only be practiced in it. When practicing calf, I still feel that the muscles outside are stronger. I can only say that I tried to control them with my mind. ! Note that this thing is a real and useful idea.
