Members and coaches are two completely different people, who come from different family backgrounds, have different experiences and views, and have different understandings and expectations of the same thing.
Members should immediately communicate directly with the coach and coordinate and adjust the fitness plan until they have answered all the questions and have a new understanding of fitness (everyone has different ideas and ways of doing things, so how can others know your thoughts, feelings and needs without talking, asking or communicating). Many problems can be solved through communication. After communication, implement a new plan. If it is not feasible, communicate again, and then adjust the implementation until the goal and effect are achieved.
