Dragon dancing, commonly known as playing with dragon lanterns, is one of the well-known folk cultures of the Chinese nation and has a history of thousands of years. Dragon dance mainly uses four kinds of props, dragon ball, dragon head, dragon body and dragon tail. It usually takes four to eight people to dance together and pose in various shapes. Ribbon dragon is a new popular way of dragon dance, which can only be performed by one person. The basic routines are dragon leaving the palace, dragon dancing in eight characters and flying dragons to heaven. Through the rotation of hands, the twisting of waist and the movement of feet to complete the action. Because it can move the muscles and bones of the whole body, it is popularized to enhance the daily exercise of the body.
