A poem praising nightingale
Longfellow, a great American poet, wrote The Lantern Goddess, which originally read:

You carry an oil lamp,

Walk gently,

Through a ward,

Another ward,

The eyes of the patrol,

Like this beating flame,

Burning with love, care and responsibility,

This is not an ordinary oil lamp.

From the moment you light it,

1854 one night,

It's always on,

A century and a half is not far away. Yesterday, today,

Those angels in white,

Guided by your talent. On normal days,

Carve time,

Follow in your footsteps,

They work silently in the field of life,

Eradicate weeds and gravel diseases,

Multicast a little,

Hope and health,

With hard work and sweat

Interpretation of dedication.
